Short photo report from today solidarity with Gaza demo in Dublin.
Today over 100 Palestinians and solidarity activists protested the ongoing slaughter of Gazans by the Israeli State. Over the weekend more than 100 Gazans (including some 20 children) have been brutally slaughtered by one of the most powerful armies on earth. The AP described this as probably the most bloody period for Palestinians since the outbreak of the Second (al Aqsa) Intifada.
Living true to the statement of the deputy Israeli defence minister Matan Vilnai that Gaza would face "a bigger shoah [holocaust] because we will use all our might", the renewed onslaught against the Gazan people has begun in earnest, and they are facing ever greater casualties. Today, according to the BBC Israeli PM Ehud Olmert vowed to carry on the brutal assault.
