Unveiling & Talk
Michael Collins became strongly involved in the GAA in London during his time there. He was sworn into the IRB by fellow Corkman, Sam Maguire, after whom the present All-Ireland football trophy is named. The hurley here was used by Collins during this period, before he returned to Ireland in 1916.
