The project is co-sponsored by Cumann Na Saoirse Náısıúnta and appears on the NIFC website at www.irishfreedom.net

Charlie, a native of Co Tyrone has been recording the history of the Irish Republican movement in America for decades. He has collected numerous historical documents related to the subject. Charlie served as national secretary (acting) of Clan na Gael from 1959-61, as secretary to George Harrison and Mike Flannery from 1959 to 1966 and jointly produced the US edition of The United Irishman newspaper with the late George Harrison, a founding member of the Cumann Na Saoirse Náısıúnta.

Charlie discussed the project in detail with host Pat Williams, informing viewers of what the project hopes to achieve as well as relating many very interesting stories of Fenian history in America and inviting viewers to participate in the Fenian Graves Project

Pat had a computer monitor availed to show viewers the biographies of the first entries on the NIFC website. As Pat scrolled through the pages, Charlie was in his element providing detailed knowledge of each biography.

Pat closed with a brief notice informing viewers of the upcoming Cabhair Christmas Swim in the river Liffey in Dublin. Anyone interested in getting involved in the FENIAN GRAVES project should email nifcmem@optonline.net
