It is now a fact that to protest in Ireland can and will result in unlawfull arrest. The Garda now trample (literally as we have witnessed in mayo) on the rights of citizens in favor of multinationals coporation who care only for profit and show nothing but contempt for our enviroment, heritage ,human rights.
How is it possible that these people are to be criminalised for protesting against illegal work when we have seen video evidence here and on other sites which clearly show assaults being made on these same peolpe by siac workers in veiw of negligent Garda?
These defendants need to file charges against these workers who have no authority to be manhandling ,lifting ,pushing threatening them .I would expect that a delay in doing so may be the difficulty in gathering names of workers involved. But as some are clearly managers they should be held accountable for their own and their staffs actions.

Thankfuly the techno world brought us videocams and phones, which means we can broadcast info safely to offsite online server, securing our evidence.
Even if they take the cameras off us, evidence data is sent and stored online. beforehand at the click of a button, brilliant.
. We a collective of legal observers at Tara have filmed hours of footage of costruction workers and security breaking the law, and the gardai blatently supporting corporate illegal construction action, Gardai policing is in favour of corporate illegal corruption than for justice truth and authority, all evidence is safely recorded. health and safety laws broken daily putting lifes at risk intentionally and european laws broken by it happening in the first place.

they were warned,

we have it all on film and soon online of which you can see some at twww.tarapixie.net,
we can now present evidence with names of contractors and faces of operators and security staff blatently working outside national and international law, this evidence is ready avaiable to all who wish to bring legal action against these companys of which ferovial and siac are subcontracting to fullfill thier illegal plans, this is multinational corporate organised crime and justice must be done to stop these corporate tyrants, send all footage or comments of assistance to tarasupport@googlemail.com,

The law is ours too, so lets use it like a bulldozer and destroy the henge of corruption and restore tara valley to its mystical former majesty
