Urgent protest: Bord Failte in Castle Street

The Republican Socialist Youth Movement have called for a protest this Saturday outside the Bord Fáilte office on Castle Street (Next to the Castle Street entrance to Primark.).

The protest is being called over the announcement today of the decision taken by An Bord Pleanála in the south to commence work on the national monument at Lismullen in Co. Meath. This essentially means that the site will be examined by archaeologists prior to the M3 motorway being built over it. The site at Lismullen comes very close to tara, the seat of the high kings, which is also under threat. All Republicans and Socialists should rightfully resist the complicit attitude of the freestate government towards Ireland's heritage and ancient culture.

The protest will begin at 1pm on Saturday 25th of August and is expected to last for an hour. All comrades are encouraged to attend.
