Due to continued interest from the public Erris Shell To Sea are holding an “Open Day” in Healy’s Hall, Glenamoy, North Mayo on Saturday August 25th 2007. The day is intended to give people the opportunity to find out about the campaign directly from those involved, and to share information in a relaxed, protest-free atmosphere.
On the day there will be a selection of films on show, a guided tour of the area around Shell’s proposed Bellanaboy refinery site (including Rossport and the Solidarity Camp at Glengad) and refreshments will be available.
Erris Shell To Sea invite anyone interested in the campaign to find out more (and those already involved to get updated on the latest news and events) in a beautiful natural setting on the Mayo Atlantic coast.
