The IPSC's series of monthly discussion evenings continues - this Thursday 9th of August, at 7 p.m. upstairs in Connolly Books on East Essex Street (map below) with the topic:
"The role of development agencies in the Occupied Palestinian Territory"
Elaine Murtagh, who has worked with an NGO in Ramallah for 2 years, will open the discussion, which will give us all a chance to share information and opinions on the sort of work that aid and development organisations are doing in Palestine, and what their role is under the situation of occupation.
This discussion evening is the second in a new series of monthly informal discussions hosted by the Dublin group. They are open to all interested in Palestine, not simply IPSC members. The aim is to give people the chance to learn more about Palestine and share their thoughts with others in a relaxed and informal environment.
