Critical Mass bike ride in Galway, Friday 25th May

There will be a Critical Mass bike ride this Friday and the last Friday of each month, departing from Eyre Square around 6pm.

Critical Mass is a worldwide event in which people come together using non-motorised transport to encourage the use of green and public transport, and to petition local authorities to provide more cycle lanes. Critical Mass rides are self-organized, non-commercial and non-competitive, and they operate with diffused and informal decision-making, independent of "leaders". We invite cyclists, skaters, wheelchair users and anyone using self powered transport to come and join in, please bring a smile and a colourful attitude.
