Solidarity with the people of Mayo!
The Engineers Ireland West Region are holding a lecture on the "Technical Aspects of the Corrib Gas Project" on Thursday, 5th October 2006 at 6pm
The speakers Mr. Andy Pyle, Shell E&P Ireland will give a talk on the technical aspects of the Corrib Gas Project and Mr. Gerry Duggan, Chairman of the Energy & Environment Division will talk on the Engineers Ireland review of the Avantica Report. The community in Mayo have not been invited.
The event starts at 6pm and is in the Larmor lecture theatre which is directly inside the entrance to the concourse of the arts/science building (long brown and concrete building with two towers, beside the library).
Galway Shell to Sea along with NUIG student groups and Mayo residents will be there from early.
Join us from 5 pm onwards!
