When I heard of what Dunnes had done to Joanne simply for wearing her union badge, which is surely her right, I decided to boycott Dunnes until they reinstate her or compensate her in a manner which satisfies her and addresses the grave injustice they have done to her. I would urge all Irish shoppers to do likewise until Dunnes wise up. It's not Victorian Ireland anymore, though at times you'd be forgiven for doubting it..
