Meeting to plan for the coming season in the Dolphin's Barn community garden.

Date: Wednesday 22nd February
Time: 1930

Venue: EENGO office, which is above Bounty Stores on Camden street, past Whelans, on opposite side of road - roughly opposite the Palace.

Suggested agenda:
- what to plant + when to plant it
- what to spend our grant money on
- making the place more beautiful - art, signs, seats security - access (I think this ones important as a lot of people are excluded by having walls to climb over)
- ownership.....still
- communication + how to do it - within the group/dolphins barn/dublin/beyond
