Anyone who was there please report
All cases so far adjourned till Sept 30th
Why have the cases been set back? Was it the defense or the prosecution who asked for it? Anyone???
Maybe they are waiting until the "independent" inquiry is over. Has anyone been contacted regarding that yet? What sort of stuff have the PIG SCUM FILTH been asking?
G'luck & solidarity to all heads up in court from down here, respeck to ya...
Can anyone shed any light on why the cases have been adjourned ???....is it just the courts usual lenghty way of dealing with things..or has new evidence been uncovered... I could not make it down the courts to see the crew but would love an update all the same.....anyone....anyone
the cases are not expected to go to hearing until the end of the year at least, more likely next year. it was always expected to be a really slow process right from the beginning. the courts have a huge back log of cases...its a bureaucracy. i think what is being implied though is that the cases are being adjourned until the investigations have been completed. i'm just not sure if that means the invesigation OF the gards (which is not independent but ex gards investigating their own) or investigations BY the gards of the day, ie. compiling evidence, getting their story straight etc.
