Rejoice! For we are at the dawn of a "golden age of nuclear", according to the UK Government. There's just one wrinkle, says Ben Pile. It's reactors for shiny data centres, but unreliable renewables for the rest of us.

TAKLE RACISM
United Rugby Players Against Racism
15-16-17 April 2006

WHY an antiracist rugby tournment ?
Because in Italy, especially in Rome, it is given. a wrong vision of the best sport in the world.
We deem it a contardiction to attribute this noble sport ...violent or even simply fascist tendencies, that have nothing to do with sport spirit, mailnly if team sport, particularly rugby sport!
They have created False ideas about rugby players and these see the rugby player as a fanatic, necessarly over 100kg, unable to speak out unless with grunts. Thanks to this prejudice rugby has been isolated , or at least marginalized.
You play rugby both with feet and hands, but, overall, with your head! Loyalty and respect for your team as well as for your opponent, not thist to eliminate the "enemy" of the moment.
Dignity and competition, not honour and triumph, collectivness in facing difficulties, not selfishness in glory.
This is rugby, and this is why we make a call to all the people who are fond of or curious for it to participate to the first 7 antiracist tournnament in Rome .
we want to remind the this is not a normal 7 tournament, no matter who the winner will be, what is important is to build up a wider and wider european net of rugby players against racism.
It is not ncessary to be good players, but to be willing to enjoy and meet new people.
The tournament is open to male and female teams, it will last three days.

the fee is €150,00 per team.
