On November 10 stand with the Ogoni people in
remembering Ken Saro-Wiwa. In remembrance of Nigeria
1995 and in solidarity with Mayo 2005 we will gather
at the Shell filling station at Blackpool, Cork (on
the Cork-Limerick Road) from 5pm to 6.30pm.
Bicycle contingent from Cork Opera House, 4.30pm.
Bring colour, noise and lots of friends.

Close on 30 people made the trip to Blackpool today.
Passed out a lot of leaflets and got to chat to a good number of motorists and passers-by.
A highlight was the draping of a big shelltosea banner from the station roof. Along side it were dropped 2 large nooses, a reminder of the events being commemorated.
We hope to have an event report along with photos posted soon.
