homeless radio on north earl street
2 weeks ago the homeless took to the streets with tek tools supplied by friends- they set up their own street radio, they talked on the streets, people listened, things are changing
result- after 3 of the lads, chris, eddie and barry appeared on RTE's the big bite, the lads have been offered a HOME by an elderly dublin woman
it has been emotional for people to see results from the action
its not over yet
heres an audio interview with tommy; arriving up from the country to the big city with nowhere to turn, learning from the streets, what needs to be done to resolve this problem

one terrible thing- the lads got invites to attend the local council chambers to witness the emergency motion that was passed, on arriving the security would not let them in, despite having official passes from the politicians
