Expose on collsion with loyalist paramilitaries in the killing of civilians.

A Panorama special programme - "A Licence to Murder" - will be broadcast tonight (19/06/02) at 9.00pm on BBC 1. According to the makers of the programme: "Britain stands accused of helping known terrorists to assassinate suspected enemies of the state during the 1980s. A major two part Panorama investigation reveals the extent to which some members of the security forces colluded with loyalist paramilitaries to kill British civilians in Northern ireland."
