St. Timothy Hourigan, ! We heard and heeded your call to "do something".
As Tim just about said it all in his Indymedia posting of Sunday, September 26th, headed; Guantanamo Bay Express uses Shannon Airport, there is going to be no, for the time being, further extrapolation on this matter from this quarter, amen.

"People, ! people, ! from the depths I cry to you," OR as the Guantanamo would put it further; "Rage, rage against the dimming of your humanity by Bush, Blair and Ahern".

Jump To Comment: 1 2 3Tommy, I salute your great commitment to keeping the pot on the boil and every week enacting full on reminders of whats going on here in the "free"state.
There seems to be a "freeze over" happening where people are too scared, too busy too horrified, too helpless ? to respond to the use of Shannon civilian airport to facilitate the US/British savagery on the Iraqi people.
Thank you for refusing to let the good Irish reputation for courage and humanity be dragged into the mud. Keep the pot boiling! All power to you. Beir bua!
does anyone remember Lou Reed? Something he said once about
"Stick a fork in their ass and turn 'em over, - they're done!"
Was Lou truely a prophet? Or maybe he once visited this country just long enough to catch the pent-up whiff of decay.
The People salute you, Ms. Kelly & Co, for your excellent efforts to help us understand exactly who, where and what we really are.
The question then remains, what are we going to do about it?
Reality shoots a DU cannon from behind a blade of green, green Grass, at home.
Keep on rocking, you're the one, mate.
