Can you list the species of animal that you intend to slaughter?

People are entitled to know what flesh you are offering them.

1. Kieran Allah: This dish will be served raw. A rather sour taste. No table manners required.

2. RBB: Covered in honey syrup, there is a rich taste to this dish. Nice on the palate initially, but leaves a bitter aftertaste. Tom Doorley described it in the Irish Times as a 'traitrous' dish. Don't know what he means exactly, but worth a try.

3. Sinead ni Brocalia: A very green dish, in every way. Has a back bite, though generally pleasant on the palate. Do not mix with RBB unless you favour sharp flavours.

4. The Dean: Tastes like a mouse.

The Waterford IAWM is just a front for the local SWP branch. It has no real existance. That phone number is Roy Hassey's, the local SWP organiser. Give it a ring and see if I'm wrong.
