Author and activist Milan Rai co-founded ARROW, a London-based direct action group and also the Grassroots Opposition to War (GROW) network. He's been active in Voices in the Wilderness UK which worked for the lifting of UN sanctions in Iraq.

He is author of Regime Unchanged: Why The War On Iraq Changed Nothing (2003), War Plan Iraq: Ten Reasons Against War (2002) and Chomsky's Politics (1995)
