A night of Anti-Bush music
On Tuesday June 15th, the highly acclaimed Nathan Berg and his band Halliburton(s)(http://www.halliburtons.com/) from Dallas, Texas bring their anti-Bush message to Whelans on their "Lick Bush" tour.
Support comes from White Cholera (http://www.whitecholera.com) - an anti-war band from Dublin. Come on out and get in the mood for the big concert on Sat 19th in what promises to be a stimulating night of Bush-shredding.
Doors 8pm.

This is a not-for profit gig. Halliburton(s) are coming from Dallas Texas on their own expense to protest the Bush visit to Ireland. The fee on the door goes to cover the cost of the venue and the travel expenses of the group. If the expenses are covered, any remaining profits will be donated to an appropriate anti-globalisation cause. Details of this will be posted on the Halliburton(s) website after the tour. Halliburtons are inviting Pit Stop Ploughshares to run an info stall at the gig.
We will be distributing Ploughshares/Catholic Worker, Mary Kelly, Ambush, Dublin Grassroots Network & Red Ink stuff. If you've got such literature try and get it to us asap. As we have a stall at a few gigs and peace meetings (Tullamore tonight -Thursday J10 9 pm in Forresters Hotel organised by the Offally Anti-War movement)
