Five days before our ploughshares action, Mary Kelly had disabled the same
plane.
Mary faces a retrial in Ennis, Co. Clare from June 15th, 2004.
She received a hung jury in her initial trial at Kilrush Circuit court last
Summer.

Please visit her webpage and offer any solidarity you can to a courageous
woman who faces serious jail time if convicted of 'criminal damage'.

Advocates of Mary's action and who testifed in court last summer included
Dennis Halliday (former UN Humanitarian Aid Co-ordinator), Scott Ritter
(former UN weapons inspector in Iraq), Ramsey Clarke (former US Attorney
general under Kennedy/Johnson), and Michael Bermingham (Irish peace activist
who has lived in Iraq over the last 18 months)
