LadyFest open meeting

Ladies in Ireland are planning the first Irish LadyFest and we need all the creativity, energy and ideas from all idenified women out there. There is a meeting on Monday June 7th at 6pm at Unit 4, The Warehouse.

Ladyfest is a festival organized by women that has a wide range of music, films, workshops and whatever else people bring to it. We need artists, ideas, organizers, film makers, bands, talented ladies, creativity, and energy.

This Ladyfest is an opportunity for ladies everywhere to start a band, make a film, create some art and have a space to display the talents you all possess. The meeting will be an open meeting to develop ideas on how to get this great festival off the ground. All you need to be is identified as a woman and interested in working with other women in creative ways.

That’s formerly the domain of the Spacecraft theatre group. Strandville Avenue is the second turn right off the North Strand after you go over the bridge heading away from town. North Strand is a continuation of Amiens Street.
