Bin Tax High Court Picket

Picket outside the High Court, Four Courts at 10am this Friday, 12th Dec

On 12th December the High Court will be hearing the test case of 3 Finglas
residents in relation to non-payment of the Bin Tax.

If the government/councils win this case, they may then try to bring in a lot more prosecutions. It is therefore an important case.
