This participatory workshop will focus on using group work to examine business and personal values in relation to major environmental, social and economic issues. Participants will experience the interrelated nature of these issues and the impacts of global trends on personal values. Visioning, leadership and tools for managing change towards sustainable development will also be key aspects of the workshop. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Richard Webb, environmental consultant and trainer, who has worked on these issues with leading companies in Hong Kong and who teaches on the Master's degree course on sustainable development in DIT.
