Or is it just the SWP?

is not just SWM. it's all the letters.
It's in Paris, it's one of those traditional type (5 years now!) social forums which shall see clever people assemble from left wing and ecological groupings from "all over" Europe to spend a few days in Paris (which incidently is a very beautiful city) and forge the path for the future.
It's not like the new type of forum which Barcelona council are planning for 2004, nor is it like PortAllegre, it's the ESF Paris.
and it needs translators.
so if you can translate go to http:www.Babel.org
