why Indymedia so slow and out of date?

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Friday May 24, 2002 15:38author by AAcb

I was just wondering why it takes the IMC collective so long to update the frontpage of the site. I would imagine new stories could put put up in minutes and each doesn't exactly have to be massive. I would advice doing this as otherwise the site looks ill-used and out of date. But otherwise a big well done!

You have totally missed the point of indymedia:

Dont criticise indymedia, be indymedia.

The website is what people like YOU make it,
the only reason there are any articles on indymedia is because
people, who are not rewarded for their
efforts, decide to start reporting the truth about
our country.
