Activists arrested at Hillsborough in court today

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Monday June 02, 2003 12:21author by Claudiaauthor email legal.support at gluaiseacht dot org

The two anti-war activists who were arrested on Monday 7th of April protesting against the Bush&Blair visit in Hillsborough that day had their second court appearance this morning. As the proscecution did not have their evidence ready the trial has been adjourned to the 30th of June. Would be nice to see some more supporters there next time.

I know one of the people who has been called up to that jury and she is very supportive of your actions. If she gets selected it will be really nice to have at least one friendly face sitting in judgement of you.
