Microwave weapons will be used by Garda against protestors in the future!

This is what will most likely happen in the future regarding Anti Globalisation/New World Order marches.

I recall the testimony of one Irish participant at the Genoa anti - New World Order demonstrations,

he described on Irish radio how the Italian police arrested him , took him to a room in which "doctors" , men and women in white coats , placed some sort of electronic device over his head. This device , I believe , was likened to a sort of enclosure which covered the head!
I only speculate on this ; maybe someone else can elaborate more clearly!
However , it smacks of the new electronic microwave technology!

NB. On Clintons last visit to Ireland , he said that a new US delegation will be set up in Dublin . Is this another front like the CIA Manhattan Institute , based in Ireland , to advise the Garda and security services regarding "subversive " groups such as the anti globalisation and others ?
