Iraq to be divided into three regions

In a breaking news story President George Bush has admitted a secret plan to divide Iraq into three separate regions

The true post-conflict plan of the USA/UK governments has been outlined today in a leaked document that they intend to break Iraq into three separate regions.
The names for the regions have been declared as
1 - Diesel
2 - Leaded
3 - Unleaded
