Unfortunately i do not have great details on this just caught the end on the radio but i did hear him say that the Attack on Iraq is NOT a pre-emptive strike. If someone can find a link for this would be very good. so now we have semi neutrality and this is not a preemptive war, I can not wait for his next comment
