Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5The spineless fuckers had some poor bastard out with a power-hose at 7.30am washing blood-red paint from the footpath outside Spin Central. The FF war criminals didn't want the office workers of Merrion Square to read a political message that might help them think for themselves.
Looks like your scraping the barrel for "examples" if that's the best you can come up with!
Oh dear, a statue has been painted. Shock horror. Surely ranks right up there with killing Iraqi civilians in terms of sheer horror.
Or to put it another way, get a life.
yeah, they can think for themselves if they can ready spanish. well done.
(this might be sarcasm)
Those twats are anti american, anti british and more so antisemitic. The french National Front is against globalisation as well. And so what? Does that make them our allies? No. Being against is not enough, it's what you're fighting for that matters.

"žThe Glorious Deadž"
include all who died in War.
all who were conscripted or coerced.
all who were shot for conscientious objection.
some time afterwards others saw fit to expand our act of remembrance with graffiti. There were summary calls for all who had touched that shiboleeth that day to be horsewhipped.
I believe I understand the motivation of those who have done what was done to the memorial above.
There are ways to make these points and ways not to. But most of all there are precious few monuments to the unknown deserters. I and the six others who performed that ritual believe to this day that the deserters and idealists of the past long needed their remembrance.
....so
if you "do a memorial" remember in whose name you take the symbolic power to remember.
Peace.
does not mean wallowing in Flanders yet another year, it means having the courage to say to the militarists that their way had brought failure and suffering and misery to billions, that their machine is defunct that their way is past.
