This is described as being a "consul general" in the phone book but has now redefined itself as a "honorary consulate" and as such is not capable of issuing press statements, my complaints have been referred to the Embassy in Madrid.
The British Consulate is making use of the dinky hold and wait melody which is a form of psychological warfare in it's own right.
The U.S. consul is now "out of bounds" to my good self, and I am not allowed return there by the big Policeman who didn't appreciate my comment that "I had grown up in a deomcratic country and had not been conditioned by a Fascist Dictator to accept such illegal acts".
(Hint to protesters in Spain---do not say this to Spanish Police men)
