Mid-West Alliance against Military Aggression (MAMA), a local anti-war group encourages people to take every opportunity to oppose war and Irelands complicity in the buildup to an attack in Iraq. We are supporting this years Global Womens Strike call for women (and men) to travel to Shannon Airport on the 8th of March, International Womens Day to say No to War and demand investment in caring not killing. Everyone(!) is invited to Shannon on the day to show solidarity with the rallying cry "Women say No War. Invest in Caring not Killing". This year, as the eyes of the world focus on Ireland on March 17th let us use our creativity to celebrate peace and diversity. St Patrick, who knew a life of slavery and hunger brought a message of peace and hope to Ireland. This year let us 'Reclaim Paddys Day for Peace'. SAY NO TO WAR. MAMA meet each
