By the way when it comes to being offended about labels I am constantly offended by US/UK references since 911 to "The civilised world" as if the muslim countries were not! Is waging a resource war and oppressing the muslim world "civilised"!
Calling somebody uncivilised allows you to regard them as sub-human and we all know where that leads!
Historically as well muslim world was "civliised" while most Europeans were still running around in goat-skins and painting their faces and America hadn't even discovered!
