I thought that Mr. Adams and others were served with mere Witness Summones to come to the trial of the action to give evidence. They are not named as Defendants and it is not claimed they are responsible for the Plaintiff's Loss.
How are they going to pay? Will it be the first case is history in which Witnesses are order to pay compensation to the Plaintiff instead of the Defendant?
