category national | miscellaneous | news report author Monday February 10, 2003 14:46author by conor mc gowan - ucd sa / cfe / not relavant for this postingauthor email conor at ziplip dot com

this saturday - 2pm - parnell sq

cars need oil => we need oil => states make war bikes = peace

i dont speak for critical mass (nor does anyone) , but accorrding to the email circulars, there will be a special outing for the anti war march this saturday.

the last critical mass was at reclaim the streets, and it was by far the best one ive ever been at - big crowd , whistles , noise , good times.

i hope this one is as fun, and i hope yall come along

if anyone knows more about whats happening - please put it into comments (will there be a cycle before the march??......etc)

Conor

Now, I'm just conflicted. I want to march behind a banner AND cycle. Good luck with it anyway

I think that sounds great, we will be there. Hope lots of live musicians show and that peace will prevail. Thank you! Barry

It will be interesting to see how many people march behind the banners of the sp and swp muppets, and how many SF convince to turn up behind their banner. As for the music dont get your hopes up it will be a deafening din of swp loudhailers and moronic slogans more likely. Perhaps we will be pleasantly suprised by the appearance of au natural protesters Australian women style, but I kinda doubt it in 'holy' Ireland.
