Fact finding mission to investigate Israeli actions in Jenin.

I have just heard on the establishment media (RTE News) that the Zionists have refused to co-operate with the U.N. “fact finding” mission. They also will not allow access to Zionist soldiers involved in the Jenin “battle”. The cynical farce involved in Bush’s proposal that American and British soldiers should guard the four Palestinians allegedly “convicted” of the killing the Zionist tourist minister is particularly galling. I have not heard of any proposal to allocate U.S. and U.K. troops to guard Sharon re the Sabra-Shatila war crime in case he makes an attempt to escape. I also wonder if the Zionists will gain access to the

State Department’s list of “rogue states”, I don’t think we need hold our collective breaths.

I fail to see what purpose is served in the “fact finding” mission visiting the area if one of
parties involved will not co-operate ? what
action will Bush take in response to Sharon’s

position. I also feel that the P.A. have let
down their own people by co-operating with the Zionists, at least until there is a full withdrawal from all Palestinian land and Sharon co-operates fully with the “fact finding” mission, flawed as it is. It would be more appropriate if the U.N. war crimes investigator who was so enthusiastic in the former Yugoslavia, could be directed to the area. That of course will not happen since Washington would never allow their buddy to be bothered by awkward questions. I bet Milosovic would be relived if he was hunted with the same degree of tenacity.
