the long awaited html version of open release track single

being the drivel that sparked the banner headline.

NATO is split over how best to prosecute the plan agreed upon in Prague last year.
How to deal with the state apparatus left in Iraq after Saddam leaves his long role as president of the Baath party and daddy of the Iraqi nation.

The West is split over how best to enstall a government acceptable to the Iraqi opposition, western and other security and energy interests and the expanding role of Turkey in mid Asia affairs.

http://nature.org/ is the home site of the largest ecological friendly private organisation in the world. They do trees. They do dolphins. They do ecosystems. They do aquaculture. They do forests. rainforests and bonsai. It lives they do it. And they make money from it.
http://www.unops.org.my/
these people plan how to make money from U.N. projects.
keep with the text. One second at this page then return.
http://www.unops.org/web_forms/welcome.htm
yes they can do it and they do.
http://www.worldbank.org/data/icp/abouticp.htm
these people work for the ICP.
They decide who can do it and where and what it means. They compare people who can do it with people who can not do it and agree with other people who can do nothing how much something is worth to get done.

Now what is it you are all interested in getting done?
Saddam Hussein?
eco impact on the south?
eco impact on the north?
depleted uranium? putting out fires?
or is it Iraq?
doing Iraq is very difficult.
in line with 1441 resolution almost done with now so get the last benefit of doing the 1441 chatter

Iraq must do everything to facilitate UN inspectors doing what they do (tell others who might do something warlike what Iraq can do has done and might be able to do if it is warlike.

Doing Saddam is very do do proactively so.

Now no-one knows what Saddam paid for doing.
No-one knows where Saddam did the doing and where it was done and where next it would be done.

But There are many people who know how to do the post doing Saddam phase.

yes
they work at the links.

They come together in one important attribute.

The people responisble for doing the post done Iraq are all in their jobs less than six months.

drivel centre point of gravity.....

{I am astounded at the lack of experience in the present global institutional key offices}

It is at marked contrast with the experience of the military officers and planners who have analysed the present and future situations in Iraq.
They have planned how to do the doings.

How to sterilise the country of bacterial or chemical agent.

How to do Iraq.
But they have not so far appeared to have offered any real plan for post-war Iraq.
or how doing the poisonous doing without the doing gloves on will effect the undone neighbours and what would they do if foing is not done properly.

So.

I am astounded that neither Bush nor Blair have in the interest of garnering support for their War not mentioned the only possible ways of "decomissioning" the Iraqi war machine in the event of a War.

I am most astounded that no one has yet called the bluff.

So the security council are doing something.
what are they really doing?
