A day in the life of Tulkarem ,Palestine.
I would like to inform the people of Ireland the present day situation here in Tulkarem,Palestine . For the last two days we are under curfew enforced by Israel military army. Iraeli tanks and jeeps encircle the town firing rubber bullets ,live ammunition and tear gas .Last night a local shop was fired upon by tanks the gunfire 250mm bullets caused the perfume shop to set of fire burning all valuable stock which was not insured, the tank rammed the front door with its tracks .I asked the owner why this had happened and he replied "because I am Palestinian".Last night one of the Red Cross ambulance diver was beaten up by six israeli soldiers for no apparent reason. This morning at ten o clock a 12 year old boy recieved shrapnel wound to the face ,this wound was so severe he was transported to a hospital in Nabulus to see if they can save his eye. This is a glimpse into the daily life in Tulkarem, where the people are being terrorised by Israeli Military.
