Minister Brennan should order Irish Army to shoot any rif raff attacking US aircraft

Like many people born in this country I had the honour of serving in the United States military during the Vietnam war. Hopefully my son will have the chance to join the European rapid reaction force or the Irish army if it is allowed to fight for democracy and this outdated neutrality is dropped.

Mr Ahern and Mr Brennan have to do more to aid the USA, they should declare martial law around US property in Shannon and use maximum force to defend the free worlds expensive hardware. This war is in danger of being lost to a similar mothley crew of traitors that used to roam California protesting against US and other soldiers fighting for freedom and democracy in Vietnam. These rif raf were a mixture of students, religious pacifists, free love perverts and drug addicts. They used to spend their time objecting to war and burning draft cards. This country should come off the fence and use all necessary means to prevent these guys undermining faith in the USA. This and the betrayal of our boys in uniform by the politicans lost the Vietnam war against the lousy communists.
