I'd be surprised if the Anarchists were opposed to this. I was just sounding out opinions from SP, SWP, SF etc.
There is that West Belfast Anti Gulf War meeting on Wednesday, I'm sure the RIR role will be discussed there.
Isnt there also some Belfast Demo/picket on 8 February?
Yeah I reckon if an intelligent way can be thought up of targetting British army involvement in the war that does not simply appear to be a SF front then a lot of anarchists would be interested in doing this. It probably makes as much sense, if not more, then going after Shannon.
The SP will not get involved because it would alienate Loyalists. Couldnt have that now.
If Sf are involved then they will use that as an excuse not to get involved. The demo will be condemned as being - Sectarian!
