The US Environmental Protection Agency issues permits, called pollution allowances. Industries buy the permits to be able to release more toxic pollutants into the environment than EPA standards allow. Some students from the Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa are buying permits and retiring them, to eliminate tons sulfur dioxide and CO2 from being released into the atmosphere.

You breathe it.
IT has its own symbol
O
very easy to remember.
O is part of H2O
thatīs water.
Oxygen enters the atmosphere from plants and trees.
Oxygen also enters the atmosphere from the Sea.
The Sea is very big.
It doesnīt have an indymedia centre but do we get little reports now and again.
The Sea is so big that it covers 80% of the planetīs surface area, and accounts for most ·yes most· of the planetīs oxygen supply.
-Itīs all very worrying isnīt it.
{If you are "anti-oxygen" there are some basic things you could consider doing}
Support the production and distribution of other moelcules in the atmosphere that combine with Oxygen to make it profitable and poisonous.
Support the destruction of aquaculture by sea dumping and absence of international policy.
You could also consider some old fashioned options like.
Cutting down the Rainforests for cows.
Cows are great.
every anarchist should really have a cow.
Burning fossil fuels and noxious chemicals without permission safety thought let or hindrance.
(This is currently very popular in the former Soviet Union states and China)
You could also join the new trendy thought revolution the sort that makes coffee table books with titles like "Who is Donald Rumsfield?".
Yes if you are really anti oxygen
join the Hydrogen Revolution.
Hydrogen is very important
you breathe it in
but you donīt need it
it has itīs own symbol
H
Yes join the Hydrogen revolution today, for cheap patented alternatives to Oil and Plutonium.
Or you get yourself a farting cow and live like the anarchists.
Whoa are the anarchists?
They are a very poorly informed bunch of malcontents miscreants dingbats and really only hooligans, there still on the scene but sure all teh do is hold meetings and talk-talk-talk.
Yep.
we talked and you were deaf.
we thought whilst you were blind
we are far far ahead of you on many points.
And we are very pro-Oxygen.
great stuff.
Sure you could stick it in health-drinks.
In Mexico City, a city of 22million people, oxygen is sold at traffic corners the current rate is $5 for moments inhalation.
a $ is about a .
give or take Kyoto.
The USA failed your lungs,
do you really want to wait for itīs peace?
o as if you do.
He works out of the Pentagon.
Thats a big building near Washington.
Thats over the great oxygen giving ocean in the USA.
He is very capable man.
He was Director of two ·yes two· Fortune 500 companies.
-very impressive but can he carry a hod?
OH yes.
great with the hod, trowel and set square is our minister of Defence Donald Rumsfield.
-Does Mr Cowan know him?
OH yes they met in Prague last year.
Mr Cowan went over as a sort of "pleni-potentiary" acting on behalf of the Irish Government and her citizens (saoranach na h-eirinn) as "an observer" to the NATO summit.
-Did they exchange brown envelopes?
OH canīt say anything about what i donīt know now, but I reckon there was a bit of exchanging going on alright.
-Will Mr Cowan be getting a coffee table book?
Oh Iīm not sure about that.
They cause trouble everytime donīt they?
Ya lets burn it. And the car lovers can wash their pride and joy with the waste product.
Let's not stop with permits to pollute. Why not permits to commit rape, or murder? The principle is the same.
