Bunker off the Malone Road, belfast

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Friday January 17, 2003 16:26author by kill 2 birds with one stone

Do you know where your nearest Nuclear bunker/shelter is? With war looking increasingly likely, with many war mad trigger happy dictators like bush, blair and soddem itching to test out their latest nuclear/biological weapons, who dies and who lives in this world will be determined by who has access to an ungerground nuclear bunker.

Who will live?, Bush, Blair, even soddem will not be touched by the debris of war. All have access to ungerground nuclear bunkers the size of whole cities, all self suficiently able to sustain life, well the lives of the establishment, the rich, and the leaders of most governments. There is a nuclear bunker strategically situated on the Malone rd, where the rich and powerful live. Is there one in the shankill, ardoyne, new lodge etc, I think not. The rich as always are one step ahead of us, so the answer to this question who will live and who will die, is as always the rich will live and we the poor will die. That is a necessary evil and ok, to most governments, what better way to get rid the world and their countries of the menace and plague of the working class and undesirable global poor.

there are five in Dublin 2.
there are convertible shelter facilites in the greater Dublin area capable of housing 50% of Dublinīs population for a short time though without water supply.
There are many private nuclear shelter sites in Dublin Wicklow and Meath.
There are six options for city evacuation.
All neccesitate a weeks warning.
not four minutes.
not one hour.

50% of Dublinīs population has not been accounted for in emergency case scenario.
Dublin it is hoped will not be a primary nor secondary strike nuclear target.

THORP Sellafield Windscale
is a secondary strike target.

Meltdown or serious damage of the THORP complex will ensure death to 33% of the Irish population.

More anarchists will survive.

We were assessed by a Thatcherite study to have the qualities which would ensure survival of national cohesion in the event of middle scale nuclear conflict in 1991.

think about that.

Its because of idiots like Joe Jacobs and Gaillimhed

not bothering to 'worry about it either..' that civilians in cities such as Hiroshima and Nagasaki are incinerated by US weapons of mass distruction. A sililiar fate may well await many poor Iraqis.

JOE JACOBS is the dude who issued the Potassium Iodide tablets that will somehow save the residents of the republic from nuclear holocaust.

It's a hopefully inadequate gimmick, just for the sake of saying they have a plan, we shouldn't worry because the 'wise responsible people' have it under control.
Bunkers won't be much better anyway.
It's likely most of them wouldn't stand the blast.
(think about it... no one has actually ever field tested them!)

Guys, don't always be so quick to jump at things.
Take a breath, we need a bit of satire every now and again. It's a good release psycholigically and it's a great weapon.
