This Christmas 14 million ethiopian catholics, christians, jews and muslims are straving to death. In a famine more widespread and horrific than the 1984 famine. Imagine if there were people straving to death on our doorsteps, on the street outside your houses, how could we stuff our faces, and ignore the cries of the hungry and the poor. This is how

blind to the cries and pleading of the poor and straving, we close our ears and our eyes. Psychological and physical torture are used to bend our minds, to create a smokescreen illusion norm of prosperity and opulence whilst 2/3 of the world are strave. its ok, its only africans, only black people. Nevermind, its what these people are used to, to extreme physical and emotional hardship, to watching their children, their babies, their mothers, their grannies strave before their eyes. Where is God, for these people, where is human dignity and pride, when you are sifting through the dry dirt for scraps, picking through rubbish and the disgarded waste of the rich. we have stolen this from these people, through years of exploitation and slavery, we have robbed their lands blind, and today our governments through debt hold these countries in bondage.
