I am not at the court but have got a report from them so here is some info for all those waiting to hear

The second charge of climbing the fence has been dismissed as no evidence was furnished to prove the charge.
After lunch, Eoin is on the stand and his lawyer to submit his defence

and isn´t it odd how todays breaking news on Unison.ie is the discovery of child porn on Gardaí computers?
They are presently under a security review, spring cleaning their hard drives.
