The fishermen have joined other groups of ordinary people such as the residents in Mayo who are bravely fighting the Shell corporation which is ripping off their gas resourses and the relatives of the young people who died at the hands of the drug corporations and who refuse to accept the mockery of the Lindsey tribunal. It proves that you dont need a nutty dogma to do the right thing,

It was fantastic to see ordinary fishermen and their families out protesting against EU robbery and decimation of fish stocks in Irish waters. They are showing up the likes of the SP/SWP who luckily did not get a chance to wreck yet another campaign or lead it nowhere.
