Kenny of course was in the same government as his ministerial colleague Lowry as was all the 'socialist' fluffy rabbit labour party ministers.
The real truth is coming out about the 'opposition' parties in the tribunal now. They were hand in glove with tax exile Dennis O Brien in the great telecoms and robbery and eventual breakup. They will no doubt be posturing and crying fake tears about McCreevys budget and pretending that their 'socialist' finance minister Ho Chi Quinn would have been more generous ( he would have been, no doubt on corporation tax cuts for business)

Bunny, you just made your point in your article totally irrelevant by accusing someone of being racist, even though it has since been made very clear otherwise. A public apology has been issued by the Sunday Independent to that effect in relation to the 'joke' which was taken totally out of context.
Get your facts right and stop throwing around the word racist as if it was confitti, its not only irresponsible but dangerous.

Enda Kenny has nothing to be ashamed of from his role in the rainbow government. He was not 'on the take', even if his cabinet colleague was. Fine Gael deal with corruption - Lowry was kicked out and is never coming back, because Fine Gael does not tolerate that. We are the party of national interest before self-interest, always were, always will be. Of course, its ok for most of the current cabinet to turn a blind eye to gross mismanagement of the public finances, and 'Blank Cheque Bertie' was no way in the wrong for supplying Charles Haughey with the means to abuse high office and destroy public confidence in politics for years!
Get with the issues! If you want to write about scandals in Irish life, look at our schools, our roads, our hospitals, in fact any our of our public services, and ask yourself how they manages to get WORSE during the last 5 years of unparalleled wealth in this country. Fianna Fail ensured that the rich dined out, and continued to pretend that they truly are the party of the small man! Ha! That’s a scandal well worth writing about.

In the High Court, no I don't think so. When I am asked why I am in Young Fine Gael, I just ask people to look at YFG's record over the past 25 years, and in how we raised important issues such as abortion, divorce, the European project, etc, when every other political movement was afraid to do so. If you look at some of the social reforms of the past 25 years (such as the abolition of illegitimacy), you will find that YFG was instrumental in bringing them about, and still is instrumental in making Irish society fairer and just.

Telling racist jokes is a racist act. Context my ass. It is only proper that the Fine Gael party, with its origins in the Fascist Blueshirt movement, be led by a racist. Kenny is true to his party's roots. And no doubt Sir Tony O'Reilly does not like this fact been known.
