Love Music Hate Racism in Galway (we weren't aware it was buy nothing day when we booked the venue)
THE NEXT Love Music Hate Racism CLUB NIGHT is on
Saturday 30 November with 3 hours of good music at Upstairs
Richardson's in Eyre Square.
Admittance is 3 euro with all proceeds going towards the campaign.
Love Music Hate Racism aims to use the positive energy of the music scene to
fight back against racism.
Over the coming months we'll be holding gigs in Galway using music to
inspire people of all nationalities and backgrounds.
Coming 30/11 DJ PETE (Flirt FM) playing world music from hip-hop to dance.
Special guest appearance by local singer/songwriter, EOGHAN BURKE.

what campaign might this be?
Money will go into covering costs and also raising money for 10 palestinian kids coming to Galway for xmas because the Galway branch of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign are looking for money for this. Money from future gigs will go to other local and national campaigns.
Take a stand and enjoy a good night of music.

Why don't you say that in your introduction then? Are you afraid that people will not come to an event that is raising money for the SWP's fucked up and childish policy on the Middle East?
I should have known from the word 'swp' in the title that there would be some sort of deception involved.

King Moby, fyi, the money is supporting the Galway branch of the IPSC in bringing the kids over, we felt it was a good cause to give money to, k?
How this reflects on the SWP's policy on the Middle East, well you have got me there and finally.
