Major budget day protest in Dublin?

I've heard that there's going to be a Major budget day protest in Dublin on the day of the budget this Wednesday week, December 4th in protest at the various cutbacks that have already been announced in the book of estimates and further cutbacks that will be announced on budget day itself (i.e. Cutbacks in health, housing, schools, transport and the abolition of the 1st time buyer's grant amongst others). Apparently they're going to assemble at the Central Bank, Dame Street and march to the Dail on Kildare Street. Does anybody know what time this is all starting at and who's organising it?
