![]() Letter of support from Palestinian Delegate General to embassy protestors. This is the text of a letter delivered to Venus and Natasha who are occupying trees in the grounds of the Israeli Consulate in Dublin. To Venus and Natasha - Irish Peace Alliance Dear Venus and Natasha On behalf of my people I am writing to thank you and to send you our strongest support and solidarity. While the innocent people of my country Palestine are being killed and massacred by Israeli Forces, it is the beautiful actions of people like you, and your friends the brave and compassionate Caoimhe and Mary, that provide a glimmer of hope in our hour of darkness. I understand that Caoimhe and Mary are now both trapped, under siege and in grave danger in Ramallah and Bethlehem. We are all thinking of them and praying for their safety. Once again, we are sincerely grateful for your help and your inspiring acts of solidarity. Best wishes, Ali Halimeh |
